Returns & Exchanges
TRESOR has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. All items are refundable and exchangeable with the exception of earrings (for hygienic purposes).
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition and must be unused.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them
- Please make sure to return products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging

It is advised you keep a tracking reference for your parcel, so you know when it has been delivered.
Once your items have been received please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
To request an exchange for site credit, email inquiry@tresorthelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and you order #. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to get back to you regarding the exchange. We will provide further steps via email on how to exchange the item(s)
